A Clarity Consultation is an introductory phone or Zoom call where we get to know your business at a high level. During it, we’ll learn what you need, and suggest how we can best help. We’ll share general guidance where useful, but this call is designed to test whether we’re a good fit for one another, before you commit.

After the consultation, we provide a written strategy proposal with clear next steps.

A free call is, in truth, a sales call, and its purpose is to sell you something. The Clarity Consultation is a genuine working session and an investment in your legal strategy. Even a high-level scoping of your business’s legal needs takes real time, expertise and effort, and the fee reflects that. In return, you get direct access to our small team of senior experts at a genuinely critical juncture for your business. Because we work with fewer clients on deeper engagements, we take the time to consider the best way to help you, before you commit, and the fixed fee of $495 reflects that.

Your Clarity Consultation is the first step in your strategic process. Whilst the advice at this stage is general in nature, you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly with a senior lawyer, talk through your business and get clarity on the key issues, options and next steps.

You will work directly with a partner, either Courtney or Isabel, from your first conversation through to the final sign-off. We are a small team by design, so every client gets the specialist attention they need.

After your Clarity Consultation, we’ll send you a written proposal for your Signature Strategy Session, along with an invitation to book it in. Once you accept the proposal and sign the contract, we’ll confirm your session with a Zoom invite.
