Meet with a senior partner to talk through your business, get their honest take, and find out exactly how we can help, before you commit.
We build a holistic view of your business then make expert recommendations to help you achieve your goals, brought to life in a visual stakeholder map and detailed implementation plan
We implement every recommendation in your customised and pre-approved plan for a single, packaged fee, creating long-term security for your entire business ecosystem, and leaving you free to remain focused on growth.
You will work directly with a partner, either Courtney or Isabel, from your first conversation through to the final sign-off. We are a small team by design, so every client gets the specialist attention they need.
Your accountant looks after the numbers, while we design the legal structure those numbers sit within, and the two are far more connected than most people realise. We work alongside your accountant, and can bring them into the same conversation, so that you receive aligned advice rather than two separate viewpoints.
A Clarity Consultation is an introductory phone or Zoom call where we get to know your business at a high level. During it, we’ll learn what you need, and suggest how we can best help. We’ll share general guidance where useful, but this call is designed to test whether we’re a good fit for one another, before you commit.
After the consultation, we provide a written strategy proposal with clear next steps
We specialise in women-led businesses, however we work with anyone who wants to be heard, understood to support women in business. Allies are very welcome here.
