A Clarity Consultation is a chance for us to get to know each other and how we can work together.
It’s an information gathering opportunity for us so that we can learn more about your business and how we can help. It’s also a chance for you to chat to one of our key team members and learn more about us.
Until you’re a client with us, we can’t give you any legal advice. We’ll talk about how we can work together and suggest a clear plan moving forward.
The first step is to book in a Clarity Consultation. Once we’ve had a chat about how we can work together, we’ll provide you with a proposal so that we can get started.
Turn around time depends on the exact project, but you can expect to receive most contracts within 14 business days.
If you have asked us to prepare more than one document, we’ll try to complete them at the same time to speed things up.
Legal Strategy Sessions will be scheduled as soon as possible (usually within 24 hours).
For other work such as Trade Marks, we will let you know the expected timeframe before we get started.
If something is urgent or you are working to a deadline, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to meet your timeline.

Billing
We work on a fixed fee basis. You can also speak to us about our subscription option.
Once we agree to work together, you’ll sign a direct debit mandate as part of the onboarding process.
We’ll charge your account on delivery of the document, advice or other work we have been engaged to complete.
Don’t worry, you don’t need to pay anything upfront.

As a virtual law firm, we work completely online. We help clients all around Australia with a variety of matters but we don’t have an in person office.
