Our process has been refined over 10 years with the needs of women-led small businesses in mind, and takes you from our first conversation to a fully implemented legal strategy in just 3 simple steps. Every step is mapped and priced upfront, so you always know what’s being done and what it will cost, before you commit.
You don’t need to arrive with all the answers. Just the willingness to have an honest conversation.
We start with an introductory call over phone or Zoom to talk through your business, your goals and your current legal needs, for $495.
What you receive:
This is a no-obligation consultation. If you’ll be better served by a referral to another specialist, or a different kind of support altogether, we’ll let you know upfront.
Access our expertise to understand the best structure (and infrastructure) for your business as it enters its next phase.
We’ll kick things off with a Zoom call with our principal solicitor and strategic legal expert, Courtney Bowie. Most sessions run 60–90 minutes, though we recommend setting aside two hours so you’re never feeling rushed. You’re welcome to bring your accountant or business coach along too. Having everyone across the same information at the same time is often a real win for you.
During the call, we’ll take a deep dive into your goals, plans, needs and concerns, and start forming our view on the best strategy and structure to de-risk your business and support your growth.
Within four weeks, you’ll receive:
We’ll meet again shortly after you receive your report to walk through it together, answer your questions, and agree on your path forward.
The agreed legal work is prepared, coordinated and completed according to your plan, so you can sleep easy knowing that your entire business is protected over the long term.
Depending on your roadmap, this may include:
