Need help with Data & Privacy?

In today’s connected world, it’s more important than ever that you keep data and privacy protected within your business. Our commercial lawyers are experts in privacy law and can make sure you meet your legal obligations around privacy for your business and industry.

We specialise in drafting custom privacy policies which comply with the Privacy Act in Australia and/or the GDPR in Europe.

What We Offer

Why do I need to worry about privacy?

Trust. Reputation. Security. There are many good reasons why you should care about privacy and how you handle sensitive information within your business. Apart from that, many businesses are required by law to comply with the Privacy Act. Fines apply if you are found to have breached the law.

We can advise you on any obligations or special requirements which apply to your industry (e.g. healthcare).
