What does the Lease Negotiation Support package include?
Our support package includes direct negotiation with the landlord (or their lawyer) on your behalf to request changes to the commercial lease. We normally have a good idea of areas where they may agree to changes, whereas some areas are usually ‘non-negotiable’. Our support also includes reviewing and advising you in relation to their responses to the change requests.
While we worked mainly with Isabel, both herself and Courtney were always incredibly patient and responsive to our questions. Their pricing and fee structure is clear and transparent.
I can't wait to work with them more as the business grows. Thank you so much again Isabel and Courtney, I'll be in touch again in future.
I have been following Courtney on social media for years now, and have and will continue to recommend Isabel, Courtney and Her Lawyer.

Frequently Asked Questions
There are many areas in a lease which are open to negotiation. It’s vital that you secure the best possible commercial terms for your business. An experienced lawyer will not only help you to review and understand the lease, but can also negotiate terms which are more balanced and fair to the tenant.
This can involve some back and forth so it’s normally in your best interest to limit your requests to things which are reasonable. Examples include the term of the lease (and option to extend), outgoings (utilities), sub-letting, rent-free periods and ‘make good’ costs at the end of the lease.
Every situation is different, which is why you need expert advice from a commercial lawyer. We’re small business specialists, so you know you’re in safe hands with us.
We’ll consider your unique situation and let you know if we think this is right for your business.
