Peace of mind before you sign
Before you sign a Retail Lease Agreement, you should get professional advice from a lawyer to make sure you understand the contract and are happy with the terms. A Retail Lease is a serious financial commitment – make sure you know what you’re signing up for!
Our Retail Lease Agreement package includes a legal review of all lease documents, followed by a written advice to you in plain english which summarises your rights and obligations under the retail lease.
We’ll also let you know about any red flags which you should address before you agree to sign on the dotted line.
What We Offer
Things are not set in stone.
You can negotiate changes to a Retail Lease to get a better deal. Our Retail Lease Agreement package includes our recommendations on changes you should request from the landlord before you sign the lease.
Examples of this include adding an option to renew, and negotiating the number of rent reviews during the lease term. If you’d prefer, we can negotiate changes directly with the landlord on your behalf (for an additional fee).
